CBSA will be continuing to deliver monthly webinars to support Trade Chain Partners (TCPs) onboard and learn more about the CARM Client Portal.
A new series of webinars will be introduced in May: Stand-Alone Topic Webinars.
There will also be Bilingual Open Mic sessions offered in June where TCPs can attend and ask any questions on topics covered from all webinars.
All webinars will be recorded and posted on the CARM Google Drive. Please see below for the full schedule.

L’ASFC continuera d’offrir des webinaires mensuels pour aider les partenaires de la chaîne commerciale (PCC) à s’intégrer au portail client de la GCRA et à en apprendre davantage sur ce dernier.
Une nouvelle série de webinaires sera introduite en mai : Les webinaires à thématiques autonomes.
Des séances bilingues à micro ouvert seront également proposées en juin, auxquelles les PCC pourront participer et poser des questions sur les sujets abordés lors de tous les webinaires.
