The CBSA has mandated their new CARM program for customs clearance and payment procedures to be effective after September 30, 2023.
Your company as the importer of record, must be registered in the CARM Portal prior to September 30 2023 and eventually obtain the required duty/gst security bond.

CBSA will be continuing to deliver monthly webinars to support Trade Chain Partners (TCPs) onboard and learn more about the CARM Client Portal.
A new series of webinars will be introduced in May: Stand-Alone Topic Webinars.
There will also be Bilingual Open Mic sessions offered in June where TCPs can attend and ask any questions on topics covered from all webinars.
All webinars will be recorded and posted on the CARM Google Drive. Please see below for the full schedule.
